Dr. Smith said the invocation before dinner. Following dinner Phyllis Gamble president of the Chamber with the help of Lee Sinderud, drew door-prizes for five trees each with $125 in local gift cards purchased by the Chamber. Fran Walker, Chamber vice president honored two outgoing board members including Gary McKibben and Tim Talley. After the program Tom Henderson took over at the podium to offer eight items during the live auction. The silent auction had been eliminated this year because the Chamber did not want to ask the local businesses to donate any more than they do all ready. The evening was set up to focus less on fundraising and more on hospitality and celebration.
